  · Lead originator and take the leading role in developing business portfolio and enlarging the customer base of the Bank to develop lasting and profitable relationships, achieve revenue objectives, define action plans and strengthen the Bank’s position against our competitors: o  Develop the NBI after liquidity costso Ensure business mix quality through cross sellingo Optimise resources and maximize profitability (PI, EVA, EVA/NBI) ·  Proactively cross sell all Bank's products & services, i.e. Cash, Trade, Debt products, Capital Markets and Investment Banking, Project Finance, Export Commodity Finance, and other business lines. · Overall implementation of the Corporate Coverage strategy for India, outbound & inbound businesses of clients/prospects ·  Foster strong relationships between product management & sales with a view to maximizing the potential opportunities associated with integrated delivery with product lines and geographies. · To perform comprehensive review & risk assessment of the risk profile of clients’ portfolio· Report regularly to Management on major events: business opportunities, commercial incident, administrative and/or regulatory issues and trend analysis on NBI and profitability matters.
  
  · To manage client global relationship through a proper allocation, on a worldwide basis of credit limits, reserves utilization, etc
  
  Lead the team of corporate bankers, PCO and MNC bankers, PCO and MNCs, manage and direct activities in the team
