The individual is responsible for static data collection and update of the client portfolio for all client transactions across the year. This includes understanding the Client documents and retrieving the necessary information accurately. To maintain highest level of service quality and performance in compliance with Private Capital Services mission and objectives

What will you do?

  • Training delivery – conducting engaging and informative training sessions using various training methods including workshops and e-learning
  • Curriculum development – designing a comprehensive technical training programme and creating learning materials using various resources provided by the Bank.
  • Training need analysis – assessing the technical skills required by identifying gaps in knowledge and competencies
  • Technical documentations – Maintaining up-to-date training materials documentation and ensuring it aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - Working closely with subject matter experts in incorporating relevant industry best practices into training contents
  • Assessment & evaluation – Developing and implementing assessments to measure learning outcomes through gathering feedback and continuously improving training content
  • Technology integration – Leveraging technology for effective training delivery by incorporating relevant software and tools into learning programmes.
    Performance monitoring – Tracking the performance of trainees post-training by providing on-going support and reinforcement if needed.
  • Communication and reporting – providing regular updates to leadership/stakeholders on training progress by communicating the value of training in improving services to the clients.

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

    What do you need to succeed?
    • Deep technical expertise in Custody, Transaction Management; Settlements; NAV Production; Fund Reporting; Shareholder Services; Global Fund Platform Services; Data Service Delivery; Entitlements – income and corporate actions and Reconciliations
    • Effective, clear and concise communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
    • Adaptability and strong analytical skills in blending various training methods to diverse learning styles and needs
    • Self-starter and commitment to staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes besides working closely with stakeholders for accurate content development
    • Empathy and patience in understanding learners’ perspective and being patient during the learning process
    • Good organizational skills in efficiently managing training programmes, schedules and resources

    • Feedback receptivity and willingness to receive and act upon feedback for continuous improvement\Passion for development and genuine enthusiasm to developing others’ skills and knowledge

    3 - 5 ans
    Compétences recherchées
    Must-have
    • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as finance, business administration, or a relevant technical discipline
    • Strong understanding of investment banking operations, particularly in the back-office functions related to settlements, reconciliations and other post-trade processes.
    Nice-to-have
    • Innovative training methods using technology and creative approaches to enhance training impact
    • Technologically savvy and familiarity with relevant software or learning tools used in the industry besides proficient in the technical aspects of back-office operations
    • Relevant professional qualification in such as Investment Operations certifications – CISI
    • Previous experience in designing, delivering and managing technical training programmes, preferably in the context of securities, investment, banking or financial services.
