DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in the implementation of specific regulatory and legal projects
• Review and update framework policies and procedures
• Work with the Data Protection Officer on data protection, privacy (GDPR), and data access
request management issues
• Research and analyse compliance and regulatory topics such as the Insurance Distribution
Directive (IDD) and Product Oversight and Governance (POG), and draft technical notes or risk
analysis reports as needed
• Participate in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of framework and supplier contracts
• Participate in, present, and/or take minutes at internal committees
• Participate in the preparation of reports for the Crédit Agricole Group
• Provide administrative and organisational support to the team as needed
• Liaise with the legal, risk, project, and/or operations departments on various regulatory topics
• Perform ad hoc assignments as needed
