Our Group’s Youth Plan is about helping each and every young person gain access to employment and the world of business, with an emphasis on equal opportunities for all.

In 2023, our Crédit Agricole S.A. group entities and Regional Banks opened doors to over 20,160 young people. Following their work experience, a survey revealed that 84% of them wanted to stay with the Group and generated an employer recommendation score of 8.4 out of 10. Respondents highlighted in particular the support given to teams, a strong sense of community, high levels of empowerment, trust shown by managers and roles that offer plenty of learning opportunities.

Our Youth Plan, at the heart of our Human-centric and Societal Projects aims at supporting and training 50,000 young people by 2025 so that they can find their place in a society which we can believe in.
