At the heart of the Human Project and the 2025 ambitions, internal mobility is one of the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group’s priorities.
It represents a major challenge in the dynamic of developing the skills of the Group’s employees in France and abroad. Internal mobility allows everyone to become an actor in their professional development and to access rich and varied careers.
In 2022, more than 12,800 mobility projects were carried out within Crédit Agricole S.A. Group entities and their businesses.
To support employees in their professional development, mobility events are set up within the Group. MobiliJobs is one of the annual events. The objective is to allow employees to meet the entities, and the professions, in order to inform themselves and benefit from advice on the different stages to be carried out during a mobility project!
