In this framework, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group counted 19 gender diversity networks in 2022 and 63% of them are international.
The purpose of these gender diversity networks is to promote equality between women and men in society. For our Group, it means cultivating the diversity of its human capital.
- Amundi’s gender diversity networks
Present in 35 countries with more than 5,400 employees in 2022, Amundi is committed to a policy of non-discrimination and promotion of diversity defending universal values for all employees.
Gender diversity is part of the company’s Diversity Policy including creating an open, responsible corporate culture that promotes internal cohesion and progress. To this end, Amundi is committed to concrete actions related to equal pay, supporting women in their career development towards positions of responsibility, training, work/life balance and, more broadly, raising awareness about gender diversity.
In 2017, Amundi created the Amundi Women Network established in Ireland, Germany, Japan and the United States.

Present in more than 30 countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East, Crédit Agricole CIB has more than 8,900 employees.
Convinced that diversity is a real driver of performance, Crédit Agricole CIB strives to provide equal treatment in terms of recruitment, opportunities, career development and pay.
Crédit Agricole CIB has been committed to a proactive Diversity Policy for several years and has implemented numerous measures to promote gender diversity. In 2022, CACIB had 9 gender diversity networks, 8 of which were international.
