As part of its CSR strategy, Crédit Agricole Assurances has made a commitment to forests in France.

In July 2019, Crédit Agricole Assurances announced that it had signed a non-life insurance partnership with the Spanish banking group Abanca, through an equally-owned joint venture, Abanca Generales de Seguros y Reaseguros S.A.

On 20 December 2019, L’Argus de l’Assurance published a ranking in which Crédit Agricole Assurances topped the list of insurance companies in France.
