From 10 to 14 March, our employees engaged actively in our Diversity Week. This event, at the heart of our Human-centric Project, aims to strengthen inclusion and promote equal opportunities through inspiring conferences, awareness-raising actions and the promotion of entity initiatives.
Key highlights:
– The Amundi Women Network conference “Dare to be vulnerable, a factor of performance?” explored how apprehending vulnerability differently and moving forward together could enrich our corporate culture.
– The round table “Inclusive AI: what opportunities?” proposed by Crédit Agricole CIB and its gender diversity network, offered us a valuable reflection on the impact of artificial intelligence and its role in ensuring truly inclusive technologies.
– “What if we were inspired by women’s rugby in order to make progress?” During this conference organized by Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform and Gloria for Business, Aurélie Arquier, a specialist consultant and a rugby player, shared strategies from high-level sport to boost equality in the workplace.
