This is the theme that Crédit Agricole Assurances chose to highlight during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities.

Digital inclusion aims to make digital technology accessible to everyone, regardless of each individual’s uniqueness. It allows each employee to access the tools they need and to feel comfortable and respected within the company.

On the program for our employees:

– Startups in our offices in Paris and Lille to present their innovations which compensate for hearing deficits, dyslexic disorders, or even autism.

– Our Digital WorkPlace team to publicize the ergonomics, magnifying glass, subtitling, voice dictation options, etc. already present in our everyday Microsoft tools.
