For 5 weeks, employees worldwide have explored our concrete actions at the heart of our Human-centric Project to boost diversity and inclusion. Main topics have included empowerment, inclusive leadership and equality, so that everyone has autonomy and feels fulfilled in the workplace. No less than 19 conferences and inspiring workshops have created a spirit of openness, curiosity and eagerness to contribute to pursuing diversity and inclusion in our companies.
Every week, we have focused on a specific theme within our Diversity Policy including specific events to delve deeper into the topics. Among the highlights:
- Week 1, Openness & Curiosity: A round table on the topic of empowerment with leaders from Amundi and CACIB in Asia explored the international and multicultural dynamics of our Group and how this contributes to business transformation.
- Week 2, Equal opportunities: Our employees could attend several conferences on various themes: intergenerational cooperation, art as a vector of diversity, gender inequalities and men’s contributions to a diverse workplace.
- Week 3, Solidarity: During the European Week for the Employment of Disabled People, the busy programme open to all included an event on the impact of the Paralympic Games, as well as workshops on neurodiversity, digital accessibility and dyslexia.
- Week 4, Representativeness: Among the themes, we examined the importance of authenticity, which implies an alignment between oneself and others in order to flourish, and interculturality in the workplace.
- Week 5, Responsibility: in the spotlight for the last week, we explored inclusive leadership with managers from the US, Asia and Europe, and how to create an inclusive and respectful work environment.
Many thanks to all our guests, stakeholders and employees for their commitment. We are all actors of diversity and inclusion!
