Crédit Agricole S.A. is the first company on the CAC 40 (Paris stock exchange index) to incorporate a Café Joyeux Inside restaurant on one of its campuses. This useful and universal project contributes to the Group’s commitments towards inclusion and equal opportunities.
Café Joyeux is the first family of café-restaurants that employs people with cognitive disabilities and whose profits are fully reinvested in this cause by the association.
On Friday 26 January, the Café Joyeux Inside on the Montrouge Campus was inaugurated with Yann Bucaille Lanzerac and Lydwine Bucaille – founders of the Café Joyeux concept, Philippe Brassac – Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A., members of the Executive Committee and Crédit Agricole S.A. Group’s Heads of Human Resources.
Six joyful (= joyeux) teammates with cognitive disabilities, supervised by caring managers, welcome employees every day on the Evergreen campus in Montrouge with a range of breakfasts and lunches.
By supporting this initiative, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group embodies its commitments to promoting inclusion, disability and equal opportunities, at the heart of its Diversity Policy and its Human-centric Project.
