In a context of profound transformations that are constantly accelerating, we accompany our employees, key assets of our companies, in their long-term employability. The evolution and continuous development of their skills is one of our major challenges.

We have an entity dedicated to training, IFCAM, which regularly updates its catalogue of professional training courses to make them readily accessible for all.

To support our employees, we focus on three key areas:

  • The development of an environment conducive to increasing knowledge and promoting employability
  • Continued actions in order to develop skills and prepare for changes to professions
  • The acquisition of new skills and anticipation of future changes

 

In 2023, 100% of Crédit Agricole S.A. employees in France and abroad took part in at least one training course and nearly 2.5 million hours of training were provided via IFCAM or in direct collaboration with various service providers, universities and schools.
