Job description

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines et encadré(e) par vos maîtres de stage (Responsable Paie et ADP et Responsable Développement Carrière et RH), vous aurez principalement les missions suivantes : 

 

Participer à l’administration du personnel : contrat de travail, avenant, attestation diverse, formalités d’embauche
Participer à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs – on boarding : partage du contrat, présentation des avantages…
Assurer un suivi sur la GTA : SIRH, calcul de l’absentéisme…
Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de différents projets RH et évènements en fonction de l'actualité de l'entreprise et du groupe (marque employeur, SIRH, intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs…)
Mettre en œuvre les actions de communication RH récurrentes.
Participer à la gestion et au suivi des emplois jeunes (campagnes de stages/ alternance).
 

Complément

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation BAC + 5 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines avec une vraie connaissance théorique en Administration du personnel
Vous maitrisez le pack office avec un attrait particulier pour Excel et PPT. Vous justifiez de connaissances académiques en RH, Paie et Droit social

Attrait fort pour les chiffres
Autonome, faire preuve de maturité dans la conduite des missions
Rigoureux, sens du travail, fiabilité et goût du travail bien fait
Dynamique, curieux,
Pouvoir passer d’un dossier/sujet à un autre tout en sachant gérer les priorités
