Votre direction
La DRH définit et met en œuvre la politique RH de l'entreprise en accord avec les orientations stratégiques et les objectifs fixés par la Direction Générale. La Direction s’organise autour de fonctions Groupe (Compensation, HRIS and controlling, Talent Management, HR Development & Communication), et de Direction des Ressources humaines locales dans les filiales internationales.
Votre équipe
Vous intégrez l'équipe de la gestion individuelle (10 personnes) et serez en support :
- de l'activité Campus Management (2 personnes) en charge du recrutement, de l'intégration et de la fidélisation des étudiants au sein de CACEIS (stagiaires et alternants), ainsi que des relations écoles.
Vos missions
Vous intervenez plus particulièrement en renfort sur la campagne de recrutement des stagiaires.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
En fonction des dates de votre stage, vous pourrez être amené à participer à l'organisation des évènements Campus et aux actions de communication dédiées.

1.Un entretien en présentiel ou en Visio avec votre futur tuteur et/ou le manager de l’équipe
2.Un entretien téléphonique avec votre interlocuteur RH pour mettre en place les modalités d’embauche (date de stage, rémunération, etc.)
