Job description

Dans le cadre du développement de l'activité de Promotion Tertiaire, vous êtes rattaché(e) à l'équipe de Développement Tertiaire. Vous assistez le Directeur du Développement Tertiaire qui a la responsabilité globale du sourcing des nouvelles affaires sur le périmètre français, du montage des opérations et de leur commercialisation.

Vous intervenez sur des projets de développement de grande envergure (> 5000m² ; > 50Mn€), stratégiques et complexes, qui peuvent inclure d'autres programmations que le bureau, comme l'hôtellerie ou le retail.

Vous aimez les projets pluridisciplinaires concrets et innovants qui mêlent les aspects techniques, financiers, commerciaux et de communication.

Sans que cette liste soit limitative, vous avez pour missions principales :

  • Contribuer à l'implémentation de la stratégie de développement, tant sur les recherches d'acquisition d'actifs que les prestations de services immobiliers (contrat de promotion immobilière, maîtrise d'ouvrage déléguée) ;
  • Prendre part au sourcing et au montage des opérations ;
  • Récolter, analyser et structurer toutes les informations nécessaires à l’évaluation des opérations ;
  • Constituer les dossiers de réponse à consultation
  • Suivre les études de faisabilité architecturale en relation avec le Directeur des Opérations ;
  • Travailler sur les bilans d'opérations ;
  • Suivre les due diligence technique et notariale ;
  • Préparer les documents de présentation/synthèse des opérations à destination de la Direction Générale et des investisseurs ;
  • Mener une activité de veille sur l'innovation.
