Présentation du service :

La Direction de l'Engagement Sociétal (DES) est rattachée à la Direction Générale. La RSE est une démarche volontaire dans laquelle les entreprises intègrent les préoccupations sociales, environnementales, et économiques dans leurs activités et dans les interactions avec leurs parties prenantes. La Direction de l'Engagement Sociétal a 5 fonctions essentielles :

  1. L'évaluation : mesurer, identifier, faire le reporting des actions
  2. La pédagogie : décrypter, partager, sensibiliser
  3. L'innovation : concevoir, imaginer, trouver des solutions
  4. La prospective : anticiper, définir, créer la résilience
  5. La communication : mettre en avant, faire savoir, dialoguer

 

Descriptif de la mission :

Le candidat aura pour missions principales de :

  • Contribuer au pilotage des projets clé de la stratégie climat du Groupe, notamment les trajectoires Net Zéro  Accompagner les travaux méthodologiques sur la définition des objectifs et trajectoires de décarbonation des portefeuilles à court, moyen et long terme, en accord avec les engagements climat du Groupe
  • Assurer la préparation et le suivi des comités composant la gouvernance dédiée à la stratégie climat : Comité de suivi opérationnel, Comités Sponsors...
  • Organiser et animer des groupes de travail inter-entités de façon à faciliter la mutualisation des travaux et leur mise en cohérence
  • Participer aux autres projets de l'équipe ayant une composante climat significative (notamment réponse aux sollicitations des parties prenantes et aux questionnaires émanant d'agences de notation, des superviseurs ou d'ONG)
