Job description

Le pôle Client & Développement (PCD) de Crédit Agricole S.A. regroupe la direction des Relations avec les Caisses régionales, la direction Transformation, Distribution & Développement Digital, la direction Développement des Marchés, la Direction de la Marque & Communication, Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires, Crédit Agricole Transitions & Energies et Uni-Medias, soit environ 470 collaborateurs. 

 

Crédit Agricole S.A., dans son rôle de tête de réseau, accélère l'adaptation du modèle unique du Crédit Agricole aux nouvelles transformations tirées notamment par le modèle omnicanal, les transitions sociétales, les nouvelles expertises requises. 

 

Dans ce contexte et dans le cadre du Projet Stratégie Epargne Groupe, notre Direction a besoin de réaliser une veille des tendances de marchés en France et en Europe, de mieux connaître les nouveaux acteurs qui se positionnent sur le marché de l'épargne et de la bourse afin de répondre aux nouveaux comportements et attentes des clients. 

 

Au sein de la Direction Epargne, Patrimonial et Banque Privée et dans le cadre de la feuille de route stratégique Epargne Groupe, vous aurez la responsabilité d'effectuer une veille des tendances de marché et des nouveaux acteurs. 

 

Vous aurez pour missions principales de : 

  • Réaliser des études de marchés :
    • Monographies de différents acteurs : fintechs, neo brokers, CGPI..
    • Etudes de marchés sectorielles ou par segments : les jeunes et la bourse, les particuliers et la bourse, les Patris et la bourse, le marché des neo brokers, les offres PEA..

 

  • Proposer une vision prospectives :
    • Impact de l'IA sur l'épargne, notamment dans la dimension conseil (utilisation chez agrégateurs, CGPI, autres banques...) Sujet à partager avec les métiers (Indosuez, Amundi...)
    • Nouvelles tendances de l'épargne 

 

  • Identifier les salons/ événements liés à l'épargne qui pourraient contribuer à alimenter nos réflexions sur les différents sujets
