Job description

You will join Credit Agricole CIB's M&A department in Paris.

 

You will be integrated into the dedicated Paris based Nordic corporate finance team in a front-office role with exposure to key clients and wider teams within the bank, offering excellent opportunities for growing and developing M&A and banking skills.

 

You will work only in English and Nordic languages and you will contribute to the origination and execution of Nordic cross-border M&A transactions including :

- Assistance in preparation of marketing pitches in full coordination with industry groups and local teams around the world;

- Assistance in the execution of M&A mandates (buy side or sell side):

  • Process organization ;
  • Assistance in financial analysis and presentation materials ;
  • Creation of transaction support documents.

    What if it was you ?

     

    You're enrolled in an University, Business School or Engineering School and you're preparing a Master Degree in Corporate Finance. 

    A first experience in corporate finance (audit, financing, etc.) will be a plus.

    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed
    Hard skills :- Corporate finance skills ;- English and one Scandinavian language fluently ;- Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). 
    Soft skills :- Rigor & organization ;- Intellectual curiosity ;- Reactivity ;- Adaptation ;- Strong analytical ability ;- High working capacity ;- Team player.
