Summary
Cash Flow Advisory (CFA) is an advisory team within ITB (International Trade and Transaction Banking) advising corporates on how to optimise short term cash flow, working capital and value chain through banking tools employing sectorial expertise and market insight with dedicated sectorial experts on key sectors such as Energy, Technology, Mobility, Capital Goods and Consumer products
The intern’s main objectives within the team will be to:
· Carry forward the analysis of the client’s business, financial and operational position and link the analysis to the solutions that bank can offer on a context of sector best practice
· Help client pitching preparation with the analysis
· Constantly improve advisory proposition by doing research on sectors, markets, product developments and companies
· Follow-up opportunities with respective product and coverage representatives
The intern will work closely with coverage, ITB network, securitisation, sector and other advisory teams to assist the pitching process and link the results into pipeline management.
The position ensures exposure to a wide range of missions and sectors (financial diagnosis, accounting, in-depth analysis of various economic sectors, pitching, etc.).
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
· Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
· Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
