Job description

- Processing and controlling expense

- Booking and controlling of accounting payable

- Preparing and controlling travel and expense report

- Reconcile IT related charges with inter-company (ISAP, CACIB HO, CACIB HK etc.)

- Quarterly VAT filing

- Safe keeping of important documents (i.e. contracts)

- Perform general clerical duties and tasks assigned by manager

- Back up duties for general work as a receptionist

Minimum level of study

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Training / Specialization

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel- Interpersonal skill with internal / external staffs- Fluent in both English and Korean

Minimum experience level

0-2 years
