Job description

MISSIONS

Assistant to the Real Estate Fund Manager in the daily tasks, which involves among others:

  • Supervision of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Support in financing and structuring analysis;
  • Participation in production of financial reports and review of assets valuation (appraisers, investors, management committee,…) and corporate governance;
  • Calculation of key performance indicators, covenants and AML/KYC checks;

Assistant to the Real Estate Fund Controller in the daily tasks, which involves:

  • Support in periodic financial controls
  • Contribute to external audit coordination and budget planning activities;
  • Participation in the evolution of management and control tools.

Complément

A tripartite (school, company and student) internship agreement is mandatory for this role.

      • Enrolled in a Business School / University with a specialization in Market Finance
      • Languages: Fluent in English, good level in French, German or Italian could be a plus;
      • Excellent skills in Word and Excel;
      • Qualities required: organization and planning skills, rigor, proactivity, sense of initiative, flexibility, good analytical skills and synthesis, ability to anticipate and react quickly, adaptability.

      A first experience in a banking environment is ideal
