Job description

Under the responsibility of the Head of Department and your experienced senior colleagues, you will participate in various activities:

 

Performing controls and reporting on AUM and Product Referential

·       management of product event file and administration of product referential data within corporate database

·       regular monitoring and certification on AUM and transaction flows in the Finance data depository

·       periodic reporting on assets and their evolution to business stakeholders

·       participation to transversal projects on AUM and Product Referential

·       review and update of operational procedures

 

Review and update of the distribution tree of the Management Company

·       identification and consumption of new accounts not yet attributed within DT

·       execution and monitoring on network modification requests sent to transfer agent

·       reporting on severe errors in DT not yet resolved

·       liaising with transfer agent, sales teams and central function in Paris to handle above

·       participation to periodic meetings with KYC service of transfer agent and central function
