Job description

En tant que stagiaire, vous rejoindrez l’équipe des services généraux composée de 9 personnes avec qui vous collaborerez quotidiennement.

Vous serez intégré dans l’équipe en charge de l’exploitation des trois bâtiments de Lausanne sur les différents postes (Techniques des immeubles, Courrier, Loge de réception, Editique)

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Accompagner l’équipe de la loge de réception (téléphoniste, gestion des salles conférences, gestion des visiteurs etc…) ;
  • Apporter un support à l’équipe d’exploitation des bâtiments et participer à l’aménagement des locaux (déménagements, câblages bureautique, contrôle des installations etc…) ;
  • Assistance à la mise sous plis et l’expédition de courriers ;
  • Assistance dans la mise en place d’une base inventaire et collecte des données des installations techniques et bureautique ;
  • Assister le service du courrier interne et économat ;
  • Assistance administrative divers.
