Job description

Nous lançons en 2025 un projet de Transformation au sein de la Direction des Opérations. Dans ce contexte, vous nous rejoignez en tant que Responsable d’équipe Back-Office.

Vous aurez un rôle de management direct auprès d’une équipe de gestionnaires back-office et également un rôle de support au déploiement du plan de transformation.

Vous assurerez les missions suivantes :

  • Relayer les orientations et les décisions de la Direction auprès de l’équipe, et expliquer les impacts opérationnels.
  • Participer à l’optimisation quotidienne des activités, pour atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs fixés aux membres de l'équipe.
  • Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration des process /outils.
  • En tant que manager, développer les compétences individuelles au sein de l'équipe (entretiens, besoins de formation, évaluation des objectifs).
  • Etablir un reporting qualité des actes de gestion et participer aux actions de sensibilisations et de formations associées.
  • Apporter un soutien technique (formation, information, réponse aux questions) aux gestionnaires en termes de connaissances techniques et de procédures internes et règles de gestion.
  • Prendre en charge la gestion intégrale de dossiers complexes.
  • Assurer la qualité de l’ambiance de travail et l’efficacité des collaborateurs.

    • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    • Training / Specialization
    • Vous êtes issu d'un BAC+3 minimum, idéalement en gestion financière ou bien en management.
      Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum au poste de référent ou de superviseur ou responsable d’équipe.
      Vous avez eu l’occasion de démontrer votre capacité à mener des missions d’accompagnement du changement dans le cadre d’évolutions d’organisations et saurez mettre en place les leviers nécessaires pour fédérer et susciter l’adhésion des parties concernées.

      • Connaissance en assurance-vie / épargne retraite.
      • Connaissance des opérations tout au long de la vie du contrat.
      • Compréhension des enjeux stratégiques et capacité d’analyse.
