Job description

En tant que Gestionnaire Assurance Vie Succession, vous rejoignez le service successions du Back-Office. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion des successions pour les contrats d'assurance-vie, de capitalisation ou de retraite.
  • Analyser et mettre en conformité les dossiers.
  • Relancer les dossiers incomplets par emails ou par courriers.
  • Procéder au règlement des capitaux.
  • Rechercher les bénéficiaires et assurer la gestion des contrats en déshérence.
  • Renseigner les bénéficiaires, les notaires, les partenaires par téléphone (sur les démarches à réaliser, sur le suivi du règlement, etc.) et par mail.
  • Vérifier la recevabilité et la validation des clauses bénéficiaires.

    • Vous êtes idéalement de formation Bac +2 (assurance, juridique, gestion).
      Une bonne expérience dans la prise en charge d'appels téléphoniques est souhaitée et du traitement de la déshérence serait un plus.
