Job description

Rattaché(e) au service Gestion Spirica, vous intégrez ainsi l’un des services pivots de l’entreprise.

Vos missions :

  • Gérer et enregistrer les affaires nouvelles et tous les actes de la vie des contrats (versements, rachats, avances, actes administratifs…) en application des règles de gestion en vigueur.
  • Répondre aux demandes internes diverses émises par téléphone, courriers ou mails.
  • Réaliser les autres tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service de gestion (procédures, purge logiciel).
  • Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration des process / outils.

    • Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation de niveau BAC+2 en assurance / banque ou finance.
      Votre connaissance du secteur de l'assurance vie est un avantage majeur.

    • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, capacité d'adaptation, organisation, sens pratique, sens du service client, curiosité et esprit d'équipe.
    • IT tools
    • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques.
