Job description

Vous commercialisez les produites de la gamme SOFINCO, auprès de nos clients B to C ; et assurez le  traitement d’actes SAV simples,  au sein d’une de nos unités : Réseau Proximité Clients  .

Vous êtes garant du respect de nos politiques commerciales et de maîtrise des risques.

 

       En appels entrants ou sortants, vous optimisez chaque contact par une proposition commerciale adaptée aux besoins du client.

 

       Vous êtes garant de la réalisation de nos objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs pour le développement du chiffre d’affaire de votre unité.

 

       Vous assurez une relation clientèle, omnicanal, qualitative afin de fidéliser nos clients dans le respect de nos standards qualité.

 

 

Ø  Répondre à la demande initiale du client   sur un flux : tel, web dans le respect des process

Ø  Découvrir et analyser la situation personnelle et financière du client

Ø  Adapter et personnaliser les réponses aux clients afin de proposer la meilleure solution crédit

Ø  Traiter des actes de SAV simples et savoir rebondir sur une proposition commerciale

Ø  Garantir l’excellence relationnelle dans toutes les interactions avec nos clients 

Ø  Garantir la préservation de l'encours et de la marge en fonction de la rentabilité client

Ø  Assurer la gestion, le suivi régulier et une relance efficace de son portefeuille.

Ø  Assurer la complétude des dossiers avant la transmission au centre d’Octroi

Ø  Emettre des appels sortants sur des fichiers qualifiés à des fins de fidélisation clients

Ø  Respecter l'organisation et les plannings définis au sein du service.

Ø  Respecter les procédures définies dans un souci de qualité de service et d'atteintes des objectifs fixés.
