Job description

Vous aurez pour missions principales de:

-        Être en charge de la relation clients conducteurs tout au long de la vie du contrat (de la livraison à la restitution du véhicule) pour les accompagner dans leurs démarches et répondre à toutes leurs questions administratives (toutes les questions relatives au développement commercial et ayant un impact financier est de la responsabilité des commerciaux.

Vous aurez pour missions principales de :

ü  Contribuer à la fidélisation de nos clients en répondant aux diverses problématiques et maintenance de leurs véhicules :

 

•       Maintenance

•       Entretien

•       Pneumatiques

•       Assistance

•       Perte/vol de carte carburant

•       Demande d’original de carte grise

 

ü  Être en charge de la préparation des pochettes et des documents mis à disposition des conducteurs :

 

•       Gestion des immatriculations avec notre prestataire

•       Commandes des vignettes Crit’Air

•       Edition des cartes accréditives

•       Edition du guide conducteur

•       Gestion des cartes vertes d’assurance

•       Commande des cartes carburant
