Job description

ASSERCAR assure la constitution et l'animation d'un réseau de réparateurs automobile agréés pour répondre aux besoins de réparation des véhicules accidentés dans le cadre d'un sinistre de ses clients assureurs, courtiers, gestionnaires de flottes automobiles.

Rejoignez notre équipe en qualité de Téléconseiller sinistres grêle H/F en CDD 6 mois à pourvoir dès avril 2025, au sein de notre siège situé à Levallois Perret (92).

dans le cadre d'un accroissement d'activité saisonnier et sous les directives données par la Responsable du Pôle Relations Partenaires d'Assercar, le (la) Téléconseiller(e) Sinistres Grêle assure la gestion des rendez-vous d'évaluation des dommages aux véhicules causés par la grêle.

Vous interviendrez principalement auprès des assurés et serez en relation avec les experts automobiles, les assureurs, et les réparateurs du réseau d'ASSERCAR.

 

Vos principales missions :

  • Prise de rendez-vous chiffrage des dommages grêle (gestion de l'agenda partagé et réponses des appels entrants des assurés et des assureurs)
  • Gestion et suivi des dossiers flottes
  • Traitement des courriels
  • Gestion et suivi des dossiers vitrages et carrosseries
  • Accompagnement des réparateurs partenaires dans le suivi de leurs dossiers mais également dans l'application des procédures
  • Accueil téléphonique (rappel des procédures, relances, calcul de remise)
