Job description

Vous rejoindrez la Direction de la Conformité du Groupe CAPFM et contribuerez à assurer la conformité des activités avec la réglementation sur la protection des données personnelles.

En étroite collaboration avec les directions du Corporate Center, vous veillerez à ce que les dispositifs des entités internationales respectent bien leurs obligations au titre du GDPR et soient suffisamment robustes pour atténuer les risques résiduels identifiés.

Les missions, dans un environnement international, consisteront notamment à :   

-       Donner des avis dans le cadre des projets ou des comités du groupe ou des entités ou dans le cadre d’appels d’offres

-       Accompagner les directions du Corporate center dans leurs projets en les conseillant et les accompagnant dans une démarche de Privacy by Designa/by Default

-       Négocier les contrats avec les fournisseurs (partie RGPD).

-       Contribuer à l’élaboration/révision de différents supports (Fiches de traitements, formations internes, etc.) 

-       Accompagner les data stewards dans l’élaboration ou la révision de leurs fiches de traitement, et analyses d’impact (AIPD, TIA PIA), analyses de risques RGPD.

-       Identifier des thématiques de missions à conduire dans les entités

-       Contribuer à la préparation des comités trimestriels (Comités conformité, DPO, Data steward RGPD, Data Council…)

-       Assurer une veille règlementaire, en faire la synthèse et la restituer dans les comités
