Equity Capital Markets
Crédit Agricole CIB’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) business line is responsible for the origination, syndication and origination activities that enable our clients to cover their equity-linked financing needs via the market. The ECM business line is present in France and internationally.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the origination and execution of all equity capital markets transactions. o Preparation of pitch book presentations for companies on topics including IPOs, valuation analyses, follow-on offerings, equity-linked alternatives, capital management and share repurchases.
- Target potential equity issuers by corporate clients; perform buy-side investor roadshow layouts, overview of equity market conditions and offering size analyses and non-deal roadshow.
- Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the investment bank, including client coverage, capital markets, corporate finance, structured finance, and M&A teams.
- Prepare regular corporate finance analyses, valuation analyses, and industry research in connection with potential issuances and pitchbook materials.
- Help with the execution of offerings including preparing offering documentation, due diligence, creating marketing materials for investors, investor feedback, and working with sales and trading professionals.
