Au sein de Crédit Agricole Assurances, la Business Unit (B.U) Epargne/Retraite a deux missions : concevoir les produits d’assurances Epargne et apporter son expertise aux agences.
Le service Accompagnement Projet et Pilotage Back Office Client (B.O.C.), basé à Vaison-la-Romaine, met à disposition du BOC les dispositifs permettant d’assurer des traitements de qualité dans le respect des engagements de service. Son rôle consiste à piloter l'optimisation et l'évolution des processus et outils du Back Office Client, accompagner les transformations culturelles, gérer les reportings et prévisions d'activité, sécuriser les activités et piloter le processus de numérisation et d’archivage.
Au sein de ce service, le pôle Projets et Outils Back Office Client du BOC, qui comprend une dizaine de collaborateurs, a pour missions de piloter l'évolution des processus et outils, de contribuer aux projets transverses, d'accompagner le changement, d’animer une démarche d’amélioration continue et d'assurer l'administration fonctionnelle des outils.
Et concrètement, de quoi s’agit-il sur le terrain ?
- Organiser, planifier et conduire les projets opérationnels, en assurant leur suivi et l’animation des instances de gouvernance.
- Identifier les besoins métiers, cadrer les projets sur les aspects fonctionnels et techniques, et formaliser les impacts sur les procédures de gestion.
- Mettre en place des actions de conduite du changement pour favoriser l’acceptation et l’adoption des évolutions par les utilisateurs.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du périmètre confié et participer à l’élaboration du plan d’actions annuel.
- Assurer la maintenance, le paramétrage et l’évolution des outils du périmètre d’activité en fonction des besoins métiers.
