Job description

Vous rejoindrez la Direction de l’Engagement Sociétal (DES).

Vous aurez pour missions principales de :

·       Contribuer à la structuration des travaux de la stratégie relative à l’adaptation au changement climatique et à la transition juste

·       Accompagner le déploiement des stratégies avec les différentes parties prenantes au sein du groupe Crédit Agricole, notamment :

o   Gérer des projets pilotes au sein des territoires du Groupe (Caisses Régionales)

o   Contribuer à la cartographie des risques physiques et à l’intégration des enjeux d’adaptation et de transition juste dans les parcours clients

·       Mener des travaux prospectifs (veilles, analyses, etc.) et s’inscrire dans les travaux de la place permettant d’alimenter les chantiers internes, d’élaborer des bonnes pratiques, des référentiels et des méthodologies en lien avec ces thématiques

·       Contribuer à la sensibilisation des métiers du Groupe aux enjeux liés à l’adaptation climatique et à la transition juste, et à leur montée en compétence sur ces sujets (formations, ateliers, etc.)

·       Contribuer à l’élaboration des documents de référence Groupe (guides, politiques RSE concernées, papiers de position, etc.) pour préciser et encadrer l’approche du Groupe sur l’adaptation climatique et la transition juste

·       Participer à la coordination du Comité Scientifique et des travaux réalisés avec ses membres

·       Contribuer aux travaux et projets de la Direction de l’Engagement sociétal permettant de renforcer le cadre normatif et la performance ESG du groupe Crédit Agricole

    Pilotage de projets complexes, priorisation et gestion des délais, bonne connaissance des risques ESG, connaissance de la règlementation, communication assertive.
