Job description

Notre Direction juridique a pour mission de protéger l’entreprise des risques financiers ou de réputation qui seraient imputables à un non respect de la réglementation ou à un non respect de nos engagements contractuels. Nos juristes interviennent tant dans l’exercice du métier d’assureur, que dans la gouvernance d’entreprise des sociétés d’assurance, la relation avec nos fournisseurs et nos distributeurs ou encore la protection de nos marques.

 

La Direction recherche, pour son service prévoyance emprunteur, un juriste expérimenté en assurance pour accompagner juridiquement les activités d'assurance prévoyance et emprunteur de Crédit Agricole Assurances en France et à l'international.

 

Concrètement, de quoi s'agit-il sur le terrain ?

  • valider juridiquement les produits d'assurance et la documentation des produits, les parcours de souscription/adhésion de ces produits (notamment digitaux), les partenariats (schéma contractuels et accords de distribution, gestion),
  • participer à la veille juridique de l'activité,
  • répondre aux demandes d'expertises juridiques sur des questions issues des partenaires ou de leurs clients, y compris lors de réclamation ou contentieux,
  • valider juridiquement les communications commerciales,
  • contribuer au fonctionnement du service.

 

Lors de votre prise de poste, vous serez bien entendu accompagné par l’équipe dans la prise en main de vos missions.
