Job description

Suite à une mobilité interne, nous recherchons un Référent back office au sein de l'équipe Successions de la Direction des Opérations. 

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Contrôler et valider quotidiennement les actes de gestion et de paiement des prestations accomplis par les gestionnaires.
  • Assurer le reporting qualité des actes de gestion et participer aux actions de sensibilisation et de formation associées.
  • Apporter un soutien technique aux gestionnaires en termes de connaissances techniques et de procédures internes et règles de gestion (formation, information, réponse aux questions).
  • Traiter les réclamations des clients : étudier les dossiers, informer les commerciaux, rédiger des projets de réponses.
  • Prendre en charge la gestion intégrale de dossiers complexes.
  • Accomplir des actes de gestion courants des contrats.
  • Coordonner certaines tâches de gestion.
  • Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration des process / outils.
  • Prendre en charge des missions ponctuelles inhérentes à l’évolution du fonctionnement du service, des processus, produits, clients.

    Training / Specialization
    Vous êtes issu d'une formation Bac+3 minimum en assurances ou finances.
    Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de contrat d'assurance vie, avec notamment des  relations clients.
    Vous connaissez les règles successorales et avez de bonnes connaissances des contrats en déshérence.
