Job description

Dans le cadre de son développement, la Direction des Opérations de SPIRICA recherche un(e) Référent BO.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d’équipe Back Office, et en tant que Référent BO, vous participerez à la gestion courante des opérations du service :

-       Contrôler et valider quotidiennement les actes de gestion et de paiement des prestations accomplis par les gestionnaires. Etablir un reporting qualité des actes de gestion et participer aux actions de sensibilisation et de formation associées.

-       Etre référent et apporter un soutien technique (formation, information, réponse aux questions) aux gestionnaires en terme de connaissances techniques et de procédures internes et règles de gestion.

-       Prendre en charge la gestion intégrale de dossiers complexes : Tracfin,...

-       Accomplir des actes de gestion courants des contrats

-       Coordonner certaines tâches de gestion, et être référent auprès de la direction en cas d’absence du manager du service. 

-       Prendre en charge des travaux transversaux, missions ponctuelles inhérents à l’évolution du fonctionnement du service, des processus, produits, clients...

    • Training / Specialization
    • Vous êtes de formation BAC +3 (assurance, juridique, gestion) et vous disposez d’une expérience de minimum 3 ans sur un poste de gestionnaire BO dans le domaine de la banque/assurance.
