Job description

Spirica, acteur reconnu sur le secteur de l'assurance vie, recherche un Référent Back Office au sein de la Direction des Opérations. 

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Prendre en charge la gestion intégrale de dossiers complexes en lien avec le responsable d’équipe.
  • Accomplir des actes de gestion courants.
  • Contrôler et valider les actes de gestion et de paiement des prestations accomplis par les gestionnaires.
  • Participer aux actions de sensibilisation et de formation auprès de l'équipe.
  • Apporter un soutien aux gestionnaires en terme de connaissances techniques, de procédures internes et règles de gestion.
  • Être force de proposition en terme d'amélioration des process / outils.
  • Prendre en charge des travaux transversaux et missions ponctuelles inhérents à l’évolution de l'activité.

    Training / Specialization
    Vous êtes issu d'une formation BAC+2 / BAC+3 en assurance ou banque/finance.
    Vous justifiez d'une expérience en gestion back office sur des contrats d'assurance vie et connaissez tous les actes administratifs de la vie d'un contrat.Idéalement vous avez une première expérience en validation.
