Job description

Au sein du service logistique en charge des flux entrants (courriers et e-mails) et des actes de gestions administratifs, vos missions de Référent seront les suivantes :

  • Accompagner et apporter un soutien aux gestionnaires administratifs en terme de connaissances techniques, de procédures internes et de règles de gestion.
  • Co-piloter l’activité du service et prendre le relai du manager en son absence.
  • Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration des process et outils.
  • Piloter le contrôle permanent du flux entrant (taux opérations annulées et lots désaffectés) et participer aux actions de sensibilisation et de formation associées.
  • Prendre en charge la gestion des opérations prioritaires.
  • Traiter les demandes complexes et hors process des clients.
  • Prendre part à l’activité quotidienne du service.
  • Etre réactif quant aux remontées de problématiques informatiques, pour les solutionner.

    • Vous êtes issu d'une formation d enoveau BAC +2 minimum en gestion / assurance / administration. 
      Vous avez une expérience à minima de 3 ans en gestion back office ou middle office en assurance vie.
