Job description

Afin d'accompagner sa croissance, SPIRICA recherche des Gestionnaires Back Office en CDI.
 

A ce titre, rattaché à la Direction des Opérations, vous aurez principalement les missions suivantes :

  • Gérer et enregistrer les affaires nouvelles et tous les actes de la vie des contrats en application des règles de gestion en vigueur (versements, rachats, avances, actes administratifs).
  • Réaliser les autres tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service de gestion.
  • Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration des process /outils.

    Vous êtes idéalement de formation Bac+2 (assurance, juridique, gestion).
    Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience sur un poste de gestionnaire back-office, idéalement en Assurance Vie.
    Minimum experience level
    0-2 years
    Skills needed
    Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse et organisée, vous avez un bon sens pratique et du service client, vous avez une bonne capacité d'adaptation et de travail en équipe.
    IT tools
    Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques.
