Job description

Vous rejoindrez la Direction CAP / SET pour assurer les principales missions suivantes :  

Ø Commerce

·         Définir, en accord avec le Directeur Eco Transitions SET, la stratégie commerciale et les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs propres aux marchés Sofinco Eco Transitions,

·         Prospecter et négocier des accords avec des mandataires, groupements professionnels d’artisans, des réseaux de distribution et les fabricants,

·         Etre garant de l’atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du marché SET

·         Représenter SOFINCO dans les fédérations professionnelles et dans la presse professionnelle afin d’influencer les décideurs et développer les intérêts de SOFINCO par des actions de lobbying,

·         Etre à l’écoute des partenaires et des différents acteurs intervenant sur le marché SET afin d’anticiper leurs attentes et suivre l’évolution des offres, des Process et outils de la concurrence,

·         Etre force de proposition auprès de la direction pour orienter la stratégie de SOFINCO/SET en fonction des attentes et des opportunités des marchés,

·         Accompagner le réseau dans leurs actions de prospection et d’animation du marché SET,

·         Participer, avec les services internes, aux différents projets (nouveaux produits, nouveaux Process) ayant un impact sur le développement des marchés ou sur l’activité des partenaires.

·         Négocier/Contrôler les coûts d’acquisition des partenaires et des enseignes

 

 Ø Ancrage Groupe

·         Incarner l’image de SOFINCO Eco Transitions au niveau du Groupe :

o   Représenter les marchés SET auprès de nos apporteurs et prospects.

o   Porter la stratégie CAP en cohérence avec le Groupe CA

o    

·         Déplacement : réguliers
