Job description

conformément à la politique commerciale de Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, dans la limite des délégations établies, vous êtes responsable de la conquête et la signature de nouveaux comptes clients.
Vous êtes également en charge de la relation commerciale d’un portefeuille de clients
existants sur la gestion de leur parc automobile.
Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement du service par votre aisance relationnelle, votre
rigueur et votre organisation, dans un souci permanent de la qualité de service
apportée à nos clients.


Les principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Assurer le développement commercial de l’unité en organisant et animant la prescription via les réseaux bancaires du Groupe Crédit Agricole.
- Assurer la conformité de toutes les opérations et en particulier le formalisme de la signature contractuelle et des pièces justificatives.
- Fournir un reporting fiable et régulier de l’activité générée par nos apporteurs bancaires.
- Organiser avec les assistants commerciaux l’analyse des états de parc des clients, le traitement des avenants de modification de contrats, les transferts de contrats, la préparation des devis de renouvellement et la validation des commandes de nouveaux véhicules
- Suivre les réclamations sensibles
- Prendre en charge les demandes clients sur les fichiers électroniques de facturation et les reportings.

L’objectif est de :
- Garantir le développement commercial de l’unité, par une croissance pérenne, conforme et rentable de la flotte gérée.
- Fournir le meilleur service aux clients existants dans le respect des normes et procédures en vigueur, tout en préservant la rentabilité de notre activité
- Favoriser une bonne communication avec les assistants commerciaux et le responsable de l’unité

      Expérience réussie sur un poste de commercial itinérant B to B dans un domaine de vente technique à cycle long
      - Bonne connaissance du monde de l'automobile, en particulier des marques et
      modèles de véhicules
      - Aisance avec les chiffres et Excel
      - Bonne connaissance des produits financiers, idéalement de la LLDAisance relationnelle avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux
