Job description

Vous intégrerez une équipe de 30 personnes au sein de la direction des Opérations d’AGILAUTO.

 

Vous serez en charge d’assurer la gestion administrative nécessaire à la préparation des documents conducteur ainsi qu’à la livraison des véhicules.

Vous contribuez également à la relation clients conducteurs tout au long de la vie du contrat (de la livraison à la restitution du véhicule) pour les accompagner dans leurs démarches et répondre à toutes leurs questions administratives (toutes les questions relatives au développement commercial et ayant un impact financier est de la responsabilité des commerciaux.

 

Vous aurez pour missions principales de :

 -  Être en charge de la préparation des pochettes et des documents mis à disposition des conducteurs à hauteur de 80 % :

• Gestion des immatriculations avec notre prestataire

• Commandes des vignettes Crit’Air

• Edition des cartes accréditives

• Edition du guide conducteur

• Gestion des cartes vertes d’assurance

• Commande des cartes carburant

 

-  Contribuer à la fidélisation de nos clients en répondant aux diverses problématiques et maintenance de leurs véhicules à hauteur de 20% :

• Maintenance

• Entretien

• Pneumatiques

• Assistance

• Perte/vol de carte carburant

• Demande d’original de carte grise
