Job description

Duties and responsibilities 

Acquisition and developing new partners, setting up effective strategies to win and strengthen new partnerships, representing CACI in the relevant bancassurance market (consumer finance, credit broker, price comparison websites, automotive). Drives innovation within the branch.


Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products and regulations


Client Relationship Management

  • Contact potential clients, create rapport, and understand their needs
  • Offer suitable protection plans 
  • Collect relevant information to provide tailored solutions


Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and present them to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales practices


Sales and Marketing

  • Manages the company's commercial development strategy in the local market
  • Supports and implements the Branch Marketing roadmap. This includes:
    • Benchmarking of the market offers (@ distributors, Price Comparison Websites, competitors), building a differentiating offer
    • Support the organisation of communication events such as forums, Partners days, etc. / production and broadcast of communication content (e.g. LinkedIn, specialized press, etc.)
    • Potentially support our distributors in selling our products, through training, marketing material, organization of sales contests for example
  • Oversees the product development process and ensuring a successful launch on the market
  • Support tender and RFP processes in accordance with guidelines and policies defined by Head Office

 

AML and Compliance

  • Ensures that all controls required by law and Group rules are conducted towards business partners and Third-party administrators Legal
  • Supports the contract drafting process, ensuring the completion of all formal validation steps in accordance with Group policies

People First

  • To assign workload and projects to each member of your staff
  • To follow up on HR processes, attendance, probationary period, performance management, etc.
  • To develop and coach your staff to reach their potential within CACI
  • To identify with your team individually their strengths and their areas for improvement
  • To identify the teams individual talents and abilities and harness those for their development and to optimise the business
  • To coach and encourage staff to enhance their professional actuarial qualifications (when required)
  • To fully apply the performance management process ensuring it is a 2 way process of open discussion

    • Minimum level of study
    • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
    • Training / Specialization
      • Preferably third level Education in Business School / University / Insurance Expert training

      • 10 to 15 years professional experience, in the financial sector (banking, insurance, insurance brokering) ideally
      • Strong track record in insurance sales development in a hunting approach is a must
    • Minimum experience level
    • 11 years and more
    • Compétences recherchées
      • Knowledge of bank-insurance products (life and non-life)
      • Specialisation in PPI/Creditor Insurance an advantage
      • People management experience
      • Knowledge of the banking and Price Comparison Website sector in Germany, including strong connections to decision-makers and key players in the area of insurance
      • Ability to communicate and operate at a senior level within an organisation

    • Languages
    • Fluent in German mandatory. Good level of English mandatory. French is desirable.
