Le service Ingénierie Distributive a pour objectif de :
- Définir la stratégie de distribution des Assurances Collectives et accompagner les équipes commerciales dans sa mise en œuvre
- Piloter l’activité commerciale et participer au déploiement / suivi de l’ensemble des actions sur tout le territoire
Concrètement, de quoi s'agit-il sur le terrain ?
- Définir le Plan d’Action Commercial et piloter sa mise en œuvre par les équipes commerciales : co-construire les objectifs commerciaux, analyser le potentiel du marché ou identifier les cibles prioritaires
- Concevoir et développer les outils de pilotage complet et dynamique à destination de la Direction
- Produire les statistiques commerciales et autres tableaux de bord et garantir la qualité des données
- Réaliser des analyses de son périmètre de responsabilité
- Traiter, certifier et valider la donnée avant mise en production dans les statistiques
- Industrialiser la production de documents commerciaux et le déploiement des campagnes commerciales : décliner la stratégie nationale par Caisse Régionale (support et approche terrain), coconstruire et mettre à jour les kits commerciaux, déployer les campagnes commerciales et accompagner les réseaux.
- Informer les réseaux commerciaux autour des Assurances Collectives et de la démarche commerciale : animation des web conférences et comités commerciaux
- Participation à la montée en compétence du réseau de distribution
- Intervenir lors d’événements réseaux.
