1) The candidate would assist Head of Retail Sales to manage the assigned Retail Sales members with a detailed sales action plan (broken down by prospects and proposed strategies and best estimate by quarter) to achieve the predetermined sales target, and coach and develop talents of Retail Sales.
2) The candidate would not only conduct the effective sales campaigns with assigned Retail Sales members, but also be capable of independently pitching and winning the deals from assigned distributors.
3) The candidate should work closely with Head of Retail Sales to track sales costs spending versus gross sales/net sales retention rate, and effectively utilize resources, including marketing campaign sponsorships, business travels and marketing budget spent on client attendance at events and clients entertainments, to get the most value and in line with market practice and compliance.
4) The candidate should be willing partner with Head of Retail Sales to figure out solutions with cross functions (e.g. Marketing, Product Development and Management, Business Operations and Client Servicing, Finance, Legal, Compliance etc.), to not only solve the problems, but also build up effective way on daily sales actions.
5) The candidate should collect market intelligence and competitor information, such as sales strategies, sales action plans, product plans, incentive schemes etc., to Head of Retail Sales, to strategize and enrich our effective sales campaigns towards distributors, to beat over our competitors
6) The candidate would be back up for Head of Retail Sales to share the sales strategies, sales plans, market intelligence and competitor analysis, to Global and Asia Retail Sales members.
7) The candidate would ensure to follow the local regulation, internal policies and guidelines, and fulfills the required training hours by Amundi internal guideline and SITCA
