Core Responsibilities:
- Reports to Head of Institutional Business, Taiwan
- Support the Head of Institutional Business, Taiwan on execution of sales strategy
- Day-to-day responsibility for the client relationship management which involves high quality servicing of existing mandates and new business opportunities development
- Regularly monitor portfolio performance, coordinate client portfolio reviews, and ad-hoc conference calls with clients and investment team
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders e.g. investment teams, investment strategist teams, Marketing team, and PDM to deliver superior service to clients
- Able to conduct product pitch and prepare for RFP
- Maintain and update database of clients (MyCRM/KYC)
- Arrange guest overseas visits and outbound business trips
- Work with Internal Audit and Compliance to follow group policy
