Job summary
The Service Manager for Network Security Operations will be responsible the operations of all Network/Security services in CACIB. As such, he/she is accountable for his team to operate and deliver a good level of RUN services to stakeholders and partners, and for the technology expertise in his scope. He will provide support and act as the first level of escalation point for all production support activities within the Network/Security team in Singapore. He is accountable for the overall health and stability of technical solutions with in his scope. He has to effectively work with peers such as service managers of other towers and project team/managers on technology road maps and projects. He will have control over the scope of technical activities, develop best practices, knowledge management , and ensure necessary training are imparted to the team wherever applicable. He also responsible for the telco services used by CACIB from different vendors to ensure the service availability and also to engage respective vendors in ensuring the service level agreements.
Job detailed description
As Service manager for of Network Security he /she:
Ensures the IT production activities in his/her perimeter are rightly performed by his team complying with defined norms ,standards, processes, and procedures.
Is responsible to meet the KPI for Incident. Request, Change , Problem , tasks
Is responsible for Audit, regulatory compliance checks , permanent control in his perimeter.
Review existing design and architecture and identify the risks and challenges..
Review best practices and implement. Support new technologies and leverages them to provide consistency of service across streams,
manage service improvements for all Network/Security services supported throughout the organization, [TR1]
documents, reviews, maintains and shares relevant technical information to the team
provides technical direction, supports services both proactively and reactively to maintain the availability and reliability of system infrastructure in accordance to the SLA,
Develops improvements in network security operations and automation.
focuses on automation and optimum use of the team to improve efficiency,
Reviews technology changes to identify potential risks,
Review the recommendation from IGE/Auditors and help RUN team to implement adequate controls.
engages Service managers, Architect and project teams on technology roadmap and projects,
facilitates transformation projects and suggest future directions for new areas of improvement and change,
facilitates collaboration and spread of information from and to the team,
actively engages to understand new technologies and technology trends and reviews them with a view to incorporating them into CACIB operations,
