Job description

 

Dans le cadre de sa transformation agile à l’échelle de l’entreprise, la direction IT du groupe CAPFM - Sofinco (Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, filiale du groupe Crédit Agricole spécialisée dans le crédit à la consommation et la mobilité) renforce ses équipes en charge des outils digitaux.

 

Développeur(se) IT back-end passionné (e ) par les nouvelles technologies, vous intégrerez  notre squad agile dédiée aux outils des conseillers clientèle B2C B2B, composée actuellement de 2 développeurs back-end et 1 développeur front-end, autour d’un produit récent, innovant avec une trajectoire ambitieuse.

 

Missions :

• Participer au développement des nouvelles fonctionnalités de nos applications en méthodologie Agile (Scrum ou Kanban).
• Collaborer avec la squad (Devs, Product Owner, Product Lead etc…) pour analyser les besoins et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées
• Assurer la maintenance évolutive et corrective des applications en veillant à leur qualité et performance
• Contribuer à la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de développement (code review, tests automatisés, intégration continue)
• Participer aux cérémoniaux agiles (sprint planning, daily meeting, rétrospective, etc.)
• Effectuer une veille technologique pour améliorer nos outils et nos processus

      • Maîtrise des outils DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes etc)
      • Expérience en méthodologie Agile
      • Expérience sur la partie front-end (VueJS 3)
      • Expérience sur le framework GWT serait un plus
