Dans le cadre de son plan de Transformation Data, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility positionne la donnée comme un actif stratégique afin d’accélérer plusieurs chantiers majeurs : digitalisation de la relation client, automatisation et simplification des parcours web et mobile, industrialisation de l’IA générative, marketing personnalisé, modernisation des outils de Business Intelligence (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Power BI), mise en place d’une solution de Master Data Management (MDM) dédiée aux données clients.
Au sein de l’entité France de Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, le Data Management Office (DMO) est la structure qui pilote et coordonne l’ensemble du plan de Transformation Data en lien étroit avec les toutes les directions de l’entreprise.
Pour accélérer plusieurs chantiers relatifs à la donnée clients, nous recherchons un(e) Data Project Leader qui aura les missions suivantes :
-- Pilotage de chantiers d’amélioration de la donnée client selon les priorités stratégiques :
o Animer des ateliers avec les métiers pour poser le diagnostic et identifier des axes d’amélioration.
o Suivre les plans d’actions avec les parties prenantes dans une logique de cycles courts permettant une amélioration continue.
o Exemple de thématiques abordées : optimisation des fusions clients, amélioration de la contactabilité, personnalisation des parcours web et mobile par la data clients, amélioration de la reconnaissance client.
-- Mise en place et suivi d’un dashboard de qualité de la data clients :
o Définir et structurer les indicateurs en lien avec les enjeux métiers.
o Superviser la réalisation technique du tableau de bord sur Power BI, avec l’appui d’un Data Analyst.
o Analyser les indicateurs et diffuser les résultats.
-- Contribution à la nouvelle Squad Data Clients :
o Recueillir les besoins métiers et rédiger les User Stories.
o Prioriser les actions en collaboration avec le Product Owner et le Tech Lead, dans une démarche agile.
o Assurer le suivi des développements : coordination entre équipe tech et métiers, gestion des jalons.
o Piloter les phases de tests : rédaction et exécution des User Tests, validation avant mise en production.
