Job description

D’importants projets de transformation métiers ont été lancés autour de l’Intelligence Artificielle, l’open Banking et des parcours client digitalisés. Vous rejoindrez l’entité Architecture et Innovation qui est un acteur majeur de cette transformation. Sa mission est de d’être garante de la trajectoire SI, d’assurer et d’accompagner la transformation de notre SI en lien avec les standards du marché et les orientations du groupe.

Nous sommes par ailleurs au cœur du programme de modernisation IT dont l’objectif est d’accélérer l’apisation, de participer à la réduction de l’empreinte mainframe et de piloter la trajectoire de migration vers le cloud public. Nous avons pour cela la mission de définir les normes d’architecture, de les contrôler et de fournir les outils ou développements qui permettent d’accélérer le delivery des équipes Etudes et Data.

Au sein d’une équipe composée d’experts dans le domaine de l’IT, vous aurez pour missions principales de :

· Maintenir et faire évoluer nos environnements DevOps et Infra As Code autour de la plateforme CI/CD de l’entreprise (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, SonarQube, Helm, Docker, Terraform, etc.) : implique le développement de pipelines, l’intégration d’outils de contrôle (en lien avec la stratégie d’architecture)

· Maîtriser les architectures de gestion et d’orchestration de conteneurs (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Normer les usages au sein de notre architecture micro services, ajouter de nouvelles capacités techniques et gérer l’obsolescence de notre « framework » associé (basé sur Spring Boot).

· Participer au développement de solutions innovantes en termes d’Intelligence Artificielle (ML/IA Gen) et de Big Data.

· Connaître les outils et les pratiques autour de l’IA (incluant l’IA Generative) et du Machine Learning. Maintenir notre plateforme MLOps basée sur MLFlow, Airflow et Jupyter (dans un environnement Cloud AWS).

Assister les équipes sur différents domaines d'expertise (conception, développement, devOps, tests, sécurité, optimisation des performances, etc).
Pratique des outils de monitoring et supervision type Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana.
· Définir / Faire évoluer les pratiques et les normes d’architecture et de développement

· Participer à l’amélioration de la qualité des développements (évolution des règles de codage, dérogation, contrôles du code, des logs, etc)

· Faire évoluer les architectures, nos offres vers l’usage des services du cloud public.

· Réaliser une étude ou un POC afin de valider de nouvelles solutions techniques.

    - les architectures web, micro services/apis et event driven : serveur d'applications (Tomcat/JBoss/NodeJS), Api gateway (WSO2), Middlewares (IMSConnect, Kafka, MQSeries)
    - les protocoles et éléments de sécurité d'une architecture : openId connect, JWT, OAuth2, SAML, Identity Server/Provider, Jks, Vault, XRay, etc
    - le développement et les langages de développement : Expertise Java (Spring Boot) pour les apis, Shell/Groovy pour la CI/CD, NodeJS
    - la data : noSQL (MongoDB), SQL (PostgreSQL, MS), Stockage S3
    - le cloud public, notamment les services AWS comme Lamda, API Gateway, EKS, etc...

    • Connaissances fonctionnelles :
    - Compétences sur les métiers des services financiers appréciées

    • Qualités recherchées :
    - Capacité à travailler dans un contexte multi-site, multi-entité et international
    - Rigoureux, dynamique, autonome, ouvert d'esprit, diplomate
    - Bonne communication écrite et orale
    - Esprit d'équipe, capacités d'animation transversale et de leadership
    - Capacité d'adaptation et aptitude à travailler en situation complexe avec de multiples interlocuteurs
